Noah came to Victory Mission after being incarcerated. Before that, he had been homeless, was addicted to heroin, and lost custody of his children. Noah shared, “I didn’t think change was possible for me.” His intent was to stay at Victory long enough to get the physical needed—food and a place to sleep. Then he’d get a job and a little bit of money and take off. Noah assumed he’d return to addiction and be in and out of prison for the rest of his life. Noah arrived at Victory Mission and everything changed. Noah encountered God differently than he had before. He began to realize he was no longer a victim of his circumstances. Instead, he found victory in Christ and his life has been transformed.
