KITCHEN SERVICE
At Victory, our Food Service Team prepares over 120 meals every day. Love your neighbors by helping prepare meals onsite for people in our programs finding life-change.
CLOTHES SORTING
Share God’s love by helping manage Victory’s clothing inventory for the Clothing Pantry and social enterprises.
GARDENING
Help us prepare healthy meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients for our guests by serving in our community garden. Pull weeds, water plants, and harvest crops.
RESTORATION PROGRAM MENTOR
Come alongside men and women in Victory Mission’s Restoration Program, as they pursue lasting life change. Celebrate their victories, walk with them through challenges, and help equip them with the tools they need.
VOLUNTEER AT SHELTER MEALS
Love on and build relationships with men residing at our Emergency Shelter for Men by serving meals prepared by our Food Service Team and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR
Build intentional relationships with men and women in Victory Mission’s Restoration Program and Shelter, teaching Life Institute classes that support spiritual, personal, and vocational growth.
SENIOR LUNCH VOLUNTEER
Show love to our 60+ neighbors in Springfield by serving at our monthly Senior Lunch. Serve food, engage in games and conversation, build friendships, and dive into the Word of God together.
WORKREADY PROGRAM
Lead workforce-readiness classes and/or guide participants through mock interviews, helping them build practical skills, confidence, and the tools that they need to succeed in their future careers.
RESTORATION DEVOTION LEADER
Lead men and women in our long-term discipleship program, Restoration, through a daily devotional and build relationships with them as they pursue healing, growth and holistic life change.
