Marketing Support Manager

Do you have a passion for storytelling and a heart for people? At Victory Mission, marketing is about helping the Springfield community identify with problems surrounding homelessness, addiction, incarceration, and poverty that plague our city and help them see that no life is beyond repair. Whether marketing to donor, volunteer, or someone in the midst of a hopeless situation, be a mouthpiece for the organization and help inspire lasting change. After all, lifelong Victory is for everyone.

Assist the Victory team in creating strategic marketing plans and executing them. Contribute to creation and management of content for the Victory website, social media, and email marketing platforms. Daily activities could be composed of copywriting, graphic design, videography, photography, and web design.

Community Relations Manager

Do you enjoy building meaningful relationships that lead to lasting change? Are you excited about helping the local church join forces to proclaim good news to the poor, freedom for the prisoners, recovery of sight for the blind, and set the oppressed free (Luke 4:18)? Help the Springfield community connect their passions for local missions, addiction recovery, and opportunities for people leaving homelessness with boots-on-the-ground methods of support. Be a mouthpiece for Victory Mission and help inspire people in poverty to rediscover their worth, purpose, and potential. After all, lifelong Victory is for everyone.

Victory Mission is seeking an up-and-coming fundraiser to join its tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing engagement and fundraising strategies to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with current and prospective donors.

Are you a highly-relational individual with a strong work-ethic? Do you enjoy fast-paced physical work? Inspire those leaving homelessness, incarceration, and poverty as you work alongside them. Through everyday work experiences, help others see how they can use their gifts and talents to steward the earth and worship God through work.

Support Victory’s outreach and workforce development ministry as a Warehouse Crew Member. Provide support for all Warehouse operations, ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, and build relationships that lead to life-change.

Equip Coffee is a social enterprise designed to provide job training and mentorship for women overcoming homelessness, addiction, and incarceration. Additionally, Victory’s events bring people together to celebrate restoration, foster community, and inspire lasting change.

Front Desk Hospitality Clerk

Are you passionate about hospitality? Do you want to inspire hope for men who have found themselves in homelessness, addiction, or extreme poverty? Let our Springfield neighbors with no place else to go know that there is somewhere they belong. As a first touchpoint when someone arrives at Victory Mission, you’ll be there to greet our friends with a smile and let them know that change is possible.

Support Victory’s outreach ministry as a Front Desk Hospitality Clerk. Meet and greet all guests at Victory Shelter, a 150-bed housing unit for homeless men and men in recovery.
