The Engagement Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the systems, logistics, and operational execution that support Victory Mission’s program, fundraising, marketing, and engagement efforts. This role manages event logistics from start to finish, maintains and optimizes multiple databases and CRMs, oversees reporting and analytics, and builds systems that allow the Victory team to operate effectively and grow.

Let our Springfield neighbors with no place else to go know that there is somewhere they belong. As a first touchpoint when someone arrives at Victory Mission, you’ll be there to greet our friends with a smile and let them know that change is possible.
Support Victory’s outreach ministry as a Front Desk Hospitality Clerk. Meet and greet all guests at Victory Shelter, a 150-bed housing unit for homeless men and men in recovery.
