I grew up here in Springfield. I thought everything was going to be fine. I thought I could handle it. Yeah, I was involved in the drug scene.

I burned bridges with his family and friends. People didn’t trust me, but that wasn’t low. I hadn’t hit low. I will never forget it… when they told me my son died in a robbery. That’s pain! My pain was too great and I lost my way. You just don’t want to live. I couldn’t live with the pain and loss.

I can’t even tell you how I got into Victory’s Restoration Program. It’s because of God. Here it is I think I’ve always known about God. I carried a Bible while I was homeless. I just lost hope. I couldn’t handle it. I needed God's plan. I don't understand all the details of God but I'm willing to do what God is calling me. Hope is being restored!

I don't understand all the details of God but I'm willing to do what God is calling me.
