in partnership with
Let’s do life together!
If you find a difficult situation lasts after two visits to our pantries, a Life Together Appointment should be scheduled. Together, we can consider ways we might partner to address the situations that may be leading to long-term challenges. Additional food pantry resources will be made available following this appointment.
Life Together Appointments typically include the following: needs assessment, community resource referrals, emergency food bags, clothing/hygiene vouchers, and diapers.
